WELCOME home (to me)! When I got home late last night there was a handwritten mail in the hallway. How much don’t you love that? So I picked it up and tried to figure out the handwriting (pretty easy this time since it’s my BFF’s). Laid it on the dinner table and vaguely recalling I should wait a bit before I open it. This is something silly I do just to be 100% focus when I open good news or so. Which means I waited like five minutes before I tore it up. Inside there was the cutest letter ever together with photos from Gizela and Simon’s wedding earlier this summer. They had collected all kinds of funny pictures of me throughout the night. Here’s the solid ones. HAHA. Love to Mr and Mrs Lascelles – it was e pleasure being your bridesmaid <3

DREAM wedding in Paris with boat cruise and all. I thought it couldn’t get better – but I was obviously wrong. When we after the ceremony in the American church have a bus picking us up (or we didn’t fit so we got cabs haha), anyways, takes us to the side entrance of Louvre itself I know a special night is ahead of us. Lot’s champagne at Le Saut du Loup with the most amazing view EVER. Finger foods, fun people, bakery… do I have to say more? Around eightish (yes we’re on a French time schedule) we’re walking over to Le 8 Valois for a lovely dinner and crazy dance floor. Maybe the best idea was signing the honor book with photo booth pictures. I’m SO stealing this if I’m ever getting married <3

c’est un rêve?

LONG days, long nights. Paris is an other world and a city where bistros and cafés never sleeps.  You never know where you end up – a boat cruise on La Seine, wedding by Louvre, dinner at Hotel Amour or a walk in Le Marais. I adore it all. Something special though during our trip was Stephanie and Henry’s boat cruise. The people, food… AND do you just LOVE Stephanie’s Oscar de la Renta dress? I mean she looks like she was born in it if you would to ask me… Here’s some snapshot to enjoy!
