THE queen of pop was found dead last night in Los Angeles at 48. I will never forget the first time I heard “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” - like 4 years old bouncing around in our living room and loving the sound. Did I mention I still dance to it when I get dressed? Also bringing back memories to how cool I thought her version of Chaka Khan’s “I’m Every Woman” was and then watching “The Bodyguard” - and not to forget what movie!  I’m so happy to been growing up with her music and hearing her wildly talented voice go straight through my heart when playing “I Will Always Love You” on max volume. Too sad I broke a few of my original single albums like “My Love is Your Love” – because I playing on repeat the entire summer of 1998… We all have our memories. RIP Whitney.

LET’S just eat macarons, drink champagne and listen to beautiful songs. And maybe some chic Parisienne apartment. Okay? Let’s do it.

YESTERDAY me and Jessica saw Beirut in Williamsburg. The rain stopped right before the band went on stage and we dance to the sunset and a lovely view over Manhattan.

LAST night I went down to LES to see my friend Natalie Mishell play live at Arlene’s Grocery. Fab! She’s so awesome. More to come but first dinner downtown with my Swedish friends visiting me and Filip, woha!! For now I’ll invite you to last years St Patrick’s Day that looked something like this <3
